Client reviews
What the companies we have worked with have to say.
We sold dancewear through Instagram and were drowning in DM orders. The team built a store where the customer picks size and colour themselves, and orders finally stopped getting lost. Worth adding: we have run the catalogue ourselves ever since, without coming back for small changes.
Loungewear is a niche where photography and ease of choice decide everything. SWEB understood that from the first meeting: the product page came out so well there is nothing we want to add. They held the deadline and fixed small things free for a month after launch, as agreed.
We run free IT training, and the site's main job is to explain there is no catch. Together we rewrote the structure so a visitor understands the terms in a minute and signs up. Applications grew noticeably after launch, but the better outcome is fewer "what is the catch" questions.
Distribution means long negotiations, and the site has to work before the call happens. SWEB built a catalogue where an agronomist finds a product by active ingredient instead of scrolling a list. For our audience that turned out to be the key. Working with them was calm and on schedule.
We represent premium kitchen appliances, so the bar for visual presentation was high. The team cleared it: the site looks expensive yet still opens fast on a phone, and not everyone manages both. They took revisions calmly, with no "that is impossible".
Furniture is hard to sell online: many options, a long decision. They built us a store where configurations do not turn into a mess and the buyer sees the price straight away. After launch, "how much is it" calls dropped noticeably — people find the answer on the site.
A technical product with dozens of sizes is a case where filters matter more than looks. SWEB got to grips with our range faster than I expected and built a search our own fitters actually use. That is the best compliment I can give.
We wanted a store with character, not another template. That is exactly what we got: the site is memorable and the buyer still knows where to click. I particularly appreciate that they talked us out of a couple of ideas that looked striking but would have hurt sales.
We operate in Florida, and the site had to speak to an American customer. A team from Ukraine did that better than the local vendors we had talked to before. The time difference was never an issue — replies were fast and to the point.
