(SW® — 03) Diagnosis

A US business site fails when…

  1. 01

It is slow on a phone.

Slow mobile pages lose visitors and rankings. Core Web Vitals are measurable, so we measure them before and after launch.

  2. 02

Keyboard and screen-reader users get stuck.

Missing labels, low contrast and broken focus lose customers and can invite accessibility complaints. We build to WCAG 2.1 AA practices. It is not a legal certification.

  3. 03

The platform was chosen by habit.

A supplier sells what it knows. We say honestly when Shopify fits and when something else gives you more control.

  4. 04

    Every answer takes a day.

Time zones turn a quick question into a week. Written updates and recordings let you review on your own schedule.

Fast, usable and honest beats clever and slow.

Client reviews

What the companies we have worked with have to say.

All reviews

We sold dancewear through Instagram and were drowning in DM orders. The team built a store where the customer picks size and colour themselves, and orders finally stopped getting lost. Worth adding: we have run the catalogue ourselves ever since, without coming back for small changes.

(SW® — 10) FAQ

Questions before ordering

001. Should I choose Shopify or something else?

Shopify suits a simple catalogue and a team that wants everything hosted. WooCommerce, OpenCart or a custom build suit content-heavy sites, custom logic and owning your code. We will say which fits and build on it.

002. Will my site be ADA compliant?

We follow WCAG 2.1 AA practices in the build, but no developer can promise legal compliance. Ask your lawyer if your business has specific obligations.

003. Why not build the site myself with AI?

AI can draw a page, but it does not measure Core Web Vitals, build keyboard-accessible forms or set up tax and shipping rules your accountant can confirm. We use AI as a tool, and a person answers for the result.

004. How do we work across time zones?

Kharkiv is 7 to 10 hours ahead of the US, so we work asynchronously: written updates and screen recordings. You get an answer by the start of your day.

005. What does it cost?

From $1,200 for a landing page, $2,500 for a company site and $3,500 for a shop, in USD. A fixed quote is agreed before work starts.

006. Can you improve my Core Web Vitals without a rebuild?

Often yes: image handling, caching, plugin cleanup and script loading. We audit first, then say whether fixing or rebuilding makes more sense.

007. Who owns the code and accounts?

You do. Hosting, domain, repository and design files are in your name, and you can move to another developer at any time.
