(SW® — 03) Diagnosis

A UK business site fails when…

  1. 01

Visitors arrive but few get in touch.

The next step is not obvious: the phone number, the form and the proof of past work are buried.

  2. 02

The cookie banner is just decoration.

Analytics and marketing scripts fire before consent. UK rules expect consent before non-essential tracking, so a banner that blocks nothing helps nobody.

  3. 03

You never meet the person building it.

Work passes between several hands and the logins stay with the supplier. You should talk to the person doing the work and own every login.

  4. 04

    The shop settings were guessed.

VAT, shipping zones and payment settings should match your accountant’s setup, not a default.

A UK customer decides in seconds whether you look like the real thing.

We sold dancewear through Instagram and were drowning in DM orders. The team built a store where the customer picks size and colour themselves, and orders finally stopped getting lost. Worth adding: we have run the catalogue ourselves ever since, without coming back for small changes.

(SW® — 10) FAQ

Questions before ordering

001. Do you price in pounds?

Our prices are in USD: from $1,200 for a landing page, $2,500 for a company site and $3,500 for a shop. The final fixed quote is agreed before work starts.

002. Is the time difference a problem?

Kharkiv is two hours ahead of the UK, so you overlap for most of your working day. We still work by email with short screen recordings, and call only when it helps.

003. Why not build the site myself with AI?

AI can produce a page, but not an enquiry-focused structure, a consent set-up that really blocks scripts, or shop settings your accountant can confirm. We use AI as a tool, and a person answers for the result.

004. Will the site be UK GDPR and ICO compliant?

We build the technical side: consent banner, script blocking before consent, privacy page placeholders and form settings. Legal text must be reviewed by your lawyer.

005. Can you build an online shop for UK customers?

Yes. We set up UK shipping zones, tax settings and payment gateways such as Stripe or PayPal, on the platform that suits the shop: WooCommerce, OpenCart, Shopify or another. Your accountant confirms the VAT configuration.

006. Who owns the website?

You do. The code, design files, hosting access and domain stay with you, and there is no lock-in to our studio.

007. Do you offer support after launch?

The first month of fixes is free. After that, support from $300 per month covers updates, backups, monitoring and small changes.
