(SW® — 03) Diagnosis

A German business site fails when…

  1. 01

The legal pages are missing or hard to find.

Impressum and Datenschutzerklärung should be linked on every page. We create the pages and link them; your lawyer supplies the text.

  2. 02

The site calls external services before consent.

Fonts and scripts loaded from outside raise privacy questions. We use local fonts and block tracking until the visitor agrees.

  3. 03

German and English are mixed up.

A German site with an English version needs separate URLs, hreflang and a layout that allows for longer German words.

  4. 04

Nobody else can take it over.

Non-standard builds lock you in. Ours follow standard practice, so any developer can continue.

A German visitor looks for the legal pages and the details. Make both easy to find.

What the companies we have worked with have to say.

All reviews

We sold dancewear through Instagram and were drowning in DM orders. The team built a store where the customer picks size and colour themselves, and orders finally stopped getting lost. Worth adding: we have run the catalogue ourselves ever since, without coming back for small changes.

(SW® — 10) FAQ

Questions before ordering

001. Will the site be GDPR compliant?

We handle the technical side: consent management, script blocking, local fonts, form consent. Legal text and final compliance must be reviewed by your lawyer.

002. Do you write the Impressum and Datenschutz text?

No. These must come from your lawyer or a legal text service. We create the pages, add the content you supply and link them correctly.

003. Why not build the site myself with AI?

AI can write a page, but it cannot supply legal pages, block scripts until consent or keep fonts local. It also does not take responsibility for any of it. We use AI as a tool, and a person answers for the result.

004. Can you write the German copy?

No, we do not offer native German copywriting. You supply the German copy or translations, and we integrate and format them.

005. Is the time difference an issue?

No. Kharkiv is one hour ahead of Germany, so working hours overlap almost completely. We still keep communication in writing, with calls when useful.

006. What does it cost?

From $1,200 for a landing page, $2,500 for a company site and $3,500 for a shop, in USD. A second language is included in the fixed quote.

007. Can I take the site to another developer?

Yes. You own the code, hosting and design files, and the build follows standard practice, so any developer can continue it.
