Questions before ordering
001. How do you work with a big time difference?
Kharkiv is roughly 7 to 9 hours behind Sydney and Melbourne. We use email, written briefs and screen recordings, and schedule a call only when it saves time.
002. Will I wait a day for every answer?
Usually you send feedback at the end of your day and find our reply when you start the next. For urgent items we agree a short call window in advance.
003. Why not build the site myself with AI?
AI can draw a page, but it does not manage a project across time zones, set up GST options your accountant can confirm or give you a clear plan to review. We use AI as a tool, and a person answers for the result.
004. Do you quote in AUD with GST?
Our quotes are in USD. We can show GST-inclusive figures on the invoice when you need them. Your accountant remains the authority on tax treatment.
005. What does it cost?
From $1,200 for a landing page, $2,500 for a company site and $3,500 for a shop, in USD. A fixed quote is agreed before work starts.
006. Can you set up local payments and shipping?
We can connect gateways such as Stripe or PayPal and configure shipping zones and rates. Specific carriers are checked at scoping time.
007. Who owns the website?
You do. Code, design files, hosting and domain are in your name, so you can change developer whenever you want.
