(SW® — 03) Diagnosis

An expert’s site fails when…

  1. 01

It is unclear whom you help.

Without a clear “whom, with what and how you differ”, the client does not recognise themselves and moves on.

  2. 02

    The proof is hidden.

Case studies, reviews, publications and experience should be visible, concise and with real substance.

  3. 03

Services are described in one line.

For each service the client wants to see what is included, how the work goes and how to order.

  4. 04

Booking is harder than sending a message.

An expert needs a simple form or a consultation booking without complicated funnels.

When people buy a person, the site has to show that person. Without noise or templates.

What the companies we have worked with have to say.

All reviews

We sold dancewear through Instagram and were drowning in DM orders. The team built a store where the customer picks size and colour themselves, and orders finally stopped getting lost. Worth adding: we have run the catalogue ourselves ever since, without coming back for small changes.

(SW® — 10) FAQ

Questions before ordering

001. How many pages does an expert need?

Usually home, about, services, case work and contact. We add more when there is something to show, not for volume.

002. Who writes the copy?

It works best when the expert supplies the substance and we help with structure and editing. We can also draft together; we agree that at the start.

003. Why not build the expert site myself with AI?

AI will generate general phrases that look the same for every expert, while trust rests on specifics: your case studies, your approach, your proof. AI will not produce those for you. We help build the structure and the presentation, and we use AI as a tool.

004. Can I run a blog or publish articles?

Yes. We add an articles section that you fill from the admin.

005. Does a bilingual site make sense?

Yes. Two language versions with a clear switcher are a common choice for experts who work with international clients.

006. What does it cost?

From $2,500, usually 3–5 weeks. The final cost depends on the number of pages and languages.

007. What happens after launch?

One month of free bug fixes. After that, support as needed or one-off tasks.
