(SW® — 03) Diagnosis

A clinic’s site fails when…

  1. 01

The patient does not know whom to see.

Several departments and doctors with no clear navigation. The person closes the page before reaching a booking.

  2. 02

The doctors have no faces or experience on show.

Trust in medicine starts with a person: a photo, a specialty, education and the services of a specific specialist.

  3. 03

    Services are described with promises.

Inflated promises put people off. You need to explain what it is, who it suits, how it goes and what to know.

  4. 04

Booking is harder than a phone call.

If the online form is longer and less clear than a phone call, the patient phones or goes to your neighbour.

A patient picks a clinic with their eyes and a doctor with trust. The site must give both.

What the companies we have worked with have to say.

All reviews

We sold dancewear through Instagram and were drowning in DM orders. The team built a store where the customer picks size and colour themselves, and orders finally stopped getting lost. Worth adding: we have run the catalogue ourselves ever since, without coming back for small changes.

No surprises

  • 01

    No inflated promises

You and your doctors or lawyer decide the wording and promises. We build the structure and the places for licences and consents.

    A month of free fixes

Anything that does not work on our side after launch is fixed at no extra cost.

(SW® — 10) FAQ

Questions before ordering

001. Do you have experience with clinics?

Yes. We have developed and supported the site of Dermarevolta, a private clinic in Bratislava, for over a year, with several languages and booking.

002. Can booking connect to our system?

Often yes, through an API or your provider’s embedded widget. It depends on the system, and we check at the start.

003. Why not build the clinic site myself with AI?

AI will generate a pretty page, but it does not know your doctors, your services, or the medical and legal requirements on promises and patient data. Mistakes here are costly. We design the structure of trust and booking, and we use AI as a tool.

004. What about medical content and legal requirements?

You, your lawyer and your doctors decide the claims and wording; we build the structure and place for licences and consents.

005. Is it safe to collect patient data?

Forms run over a secure connection and we collect only what is needed. We advise against gathering medical details through ordinary forms.

006. What does it cost and how long does it take?

From $2,500, usually 5–8 weeks. The final price depends on the number of doctors, services and languages.

007. Can you support the site after launch?

Yes. One month of free warranty, then support by subscription: updates, backups and small changes.
